Refund Policy

At Custom Wheels, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • Wheels must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Wheels mounted to tires are not refundable. 
  • Wheels must be in original packaging, please keep the boxes if you think you are going to return items.

If your item meets these requirements, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service team at contact@customwheels.com. Please include your order details and the reason for your refund request.

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the refund criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
