Refund Policy
At Custom Wheels, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy, with no restocking fee.
*The returned item(s) must arrive in the same new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Items that arrive back damaged are subject to a 50% or higher restocking fee.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
- Wheels must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Wheels cannot be mounted to tires, mounted wheels are not refundable.
- Wheels must be in original packaging, please keep the boxes if you think you are going to return items.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
For returns or exchanges involving accurately shipped products, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping the wheel(s) back, covering return shipping fees.
If your item meets these requirements, you can request a refund by sending us a message via our contact page or contacting us by phone at 619-876-1726. Phone support is available between 9am - 5pm PST, seven days a week.Please include your order details and the reason for your refund request.
Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs if the item was shipped correctly, only defective, damaged or misrepresented products qualify for free return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the refund criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. If the item arrives damaged, customer will be notified and additional charges will be incurred.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
